Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging are intact.
  • The item is not damaged due to customer misuse.
  • You provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the product if it meets our return eligibility conditions.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made via Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer after verification.

Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by ClickToBuyy, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested due to a change of mind or any customer-related reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale.
  • Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
